Spinach Artichoke Dip Recap

This is a crowd-pleasing dish to serve on parties. Such an easy thing to put together and so yummy.

I substituted the monterey jack cheese with mozarella and it still came out good.

December: Spinach Artichoke Dip

10 ounce package of chopped spinach
2 cans of artichoke
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 cup of shredded monterey jack
salt and pepper to taste

1. Defrost and squeeze out the water out of the chopped spinach.

2. Drain and chop the artichoke.

3. Mix spinach and artichoke with 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded monterey jack. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Put it in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes and serve with cut vegetables or tortilla chips.
